About us
All the members of Jaguar Security Services (JSS) Ltd are Team players
and this is our strength. The Founders of JSS have a military
background, martial arts degrees, common sense and CPR / First Aid
experience. Jaguar Security
Services (JSS) Ltd. is a Belizean company with the goal to protect and
serve the community of Ambergris Caye.
To maintain our high ethical and professional standard and keep the
heartbeat of San Pedro in our company, we founded a Company Board of
Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Justices of the Peace which will
assist
us in our decisions.
The operation of Jaguar Security Services (JSS) Ltd. is served in
conjunction with the Belize Law, including but not limited to:

- Chapter
297 Labour Act
- Chapter
138 Private Security and Investigation Service
- Chapter
101 Criminal Code.
JSS priority and obligation is to provide a safe environment for
employees, for clients and for the community. All of our employees, are
hand picked following a strictly procedure, including an extensive
background check. In our vetting we evaluate the education, the
physical fitness, financial disclosure, and the health status of our
recruits. Jaguar Security Services (JSS) has an internal employee
validation system that also includes frequently drug and alcohol tests.
